Refund policy
All items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items unless they were damaged upon arrival or if we make a mistake with your order. Any damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving and have tags attached.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 10 calendar days after delivery to return items under our Return Policy.
Eligibility
**Items must be returned within 10 calendar days** of delivery and meet all conditions:
- **Original packaging** required
- **Tags and labels** must be attached
- **Receipt** required for processing
- Items must **not be damaged or worn**
- **Hygiene-restricted items** not eligible for return
**Excluded from returns:**
- Sale, final sale, and mystery items
- Athletic wear and sets
- Items from sale, mystery, mockneck, or set collections
Process
1. Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address
2. Select the items you wish to return and choose your reason for return
3. **Print the prepaid return label** provided and package your items securely
4. **Ship your return**
5. **Track your return** through the portal for real-time updates on processing status
Refunds
- Refunds are processed as **store credit only** once your return is delivered to our warehouse.
- Processing begins immediately upon shipment delivery with **no additional delays**
- Store credit is issued through **manual review** and will be emailed to you
- Store credit expires in 1 year.
Exchanges
- **Exchanges are available** for the same product in different sizes, colors, or variants only
- Processing begins **1-4 business days** after your exchange item is delivered to our warehouse
- Shipping costs for exchanges may be covered if you have applicable coverage.
Shipping
- **Customer pays** return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges
- For **damaged, defective, or wrong items**, we cover all return shipping costs
Damaged items
- **We'll make it right** if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Contact us with photos showing the issue for damaged or defective items
- **We cover all return shipping costs** for these situations
- No photos needed for wrong items - just let us know what you received vs. ordered
International returns
International returns are **not currently accepted** for cross-border orders. Marketplace orders may have different return policies - please check with the specific marketplace for their international return requirements.
